- Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 4-sided baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the crushed potato chips and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl.
- Cut the chicken breasts into strips. You should get about 6 strips out of each breast.
- Dip each chicken slice in the melted butter and then roll it around in the potato chip mixture to coat. Place on the baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes, until chicken crust is browned and chicken is cooked through. Δ Δ
